How many Members’ guest passes is a Member allowed to purchase?

This is at the discretion of the Race Secretary on the particular race day, depending on the available facilities. 

 

What are the dress regulations for the Members Room?

 *Smart, casual attire and footwear is required at all times. 

* Socks are required with men’s dress shorts. 

* Denim is acceptable providing the overall appearance is smart neat and clean. 



The following attire is not permitted:


* Shorts (other than dress shorts)

* Sporting attire and sporting footwear

* T-shirts without collars

* Tank tops

* Bare midriffs

* Thongs and workboots.

 

Can children go into the Members Enclosure?

Yes, provided they are supervised by an adult at all times, unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

Can I purchase ‘Member Enclosure’ tickets if I am not a member?

Members tickets are available for purchase at the secretary’s office on race days (except Weetwood). Enclosure tickets for owners racing horses on that particular day are available from the secretary’s office also.
