TOOWOOMBA stables provided the winners of three events at the Doomben card in Brisbane on March 22.
Trainer Michael Nolan scored with Little Stranger, while Wayne Nugent led in Friendly Embrace and Don Baker produced Russeting to win.
Little Stranger (Dodge-Mrs Bligh) is a younger brother to Hard To Catch and won the Sita Handicap (1615 metres) by one length.
Friendly Embrace (Clang-Friendly Miss) claimed his seventh victory when Downs hoop Ron Goltz brought him home ahead of the field in the City Pacific Handicap (1350 metres).
Russeting (Commands-Granny Apple) landed the money in hew Newstead Social Gold Club Handicap (1200 metres) in the last few bounds.
